I’m not sure what happend to my easting system and sleeping system… Yesterday I slept at 3pm and waked up about 11pm, I I am still awake. Last time I ate 12 hours ago, and before that 17 hours ago… I’ll die lol

As far as your time clock being adjusted late, I’m sure you can correct it by getting up early, like at 6 am. Just keep getting up at 6am no matter what. I used to work till 3/4 am and my natural time clock was late-late night. I think yours could be caused by lack of sleep.
I usually eat 3 times a day, but yeah, last two days just one time hahahahah. I am almost anorexic xD
You have to learn to be less stressed out. It’s very important that you don’t ignore your food too. Your health is everything.
Hahaha I know, you are right. But I’m too lazy to eat alone hahaha. It’s impossible to wake up in 6am if I am alread awake since 11 pm and cannot sleep hahaha
Hahahaa I think we have the same problem but I’m taking food supplements and try to eat at 9-10am for breakfast then go back to sleep. I think you should cut out the caffeine if you are drinking it before bed time. Just drink water 3 hours before you go to bed.
I drink milk 24/7 hahaha
