Russian literature is my favorite one. There are many popular books worldwide and I am sure that many of you have already read some of them. I will ask you about authors of some books or poems or you have to guess who wrote some lines. All poems and titles are translated into English.

Error code number 8
it is correct that the novel Ana Karenina was written by Lav Nikolajevic Tolstojand not by M.Solohov
olstoy also became a dedicated advocate of Georgism, the economic philosophy of Henry George, which he incorporated into his writing, particularly Resurrection.
Good way to make Russian quiz.
7 out of 8 by your mistake, not mine 😉 Still, excellent quiz 🙂
very good post, its very helpful
Enjoyed learning from this post.
i love russsia big country and from russia with love
What, no Nabokov? I loved Zashchita Luzhina
got 6 out of 8 right!
Number 8 is wrong. Tolstoy wrote Anna Karenina.
You are right. There is a mistake in the quiz. Sorry for it.
We even have similar tastes in Russian literature. Didn’t know that was genetic… Guess nature vs nurture isn’t as obvious as it seems to be
In the eighth question, that is the answer we have a technical lapse?
7 out of 8 🙂 I could kick myself – I got Anna Karenina wrong!!
Great quiz, Tealea 🙂
Tolstoy wrote Karenina. I don’t know how it said wrong, I am sure I put Tolstoy as a correct answer. Maybe it was technical error, or I made mistake. So you got 8 out of 8.
Well that’s a relief, because I had been certain! You can ask Support to fix it for you.
I have noticed that problem often with the last question. It is always a good idea to play the quiz yourself (in ‘Preview’) to make sure it is working correctly, before publishing. In fact, I always add an extra, ‘dummy’, question on the end, and then when everything is working correctly, I delete the extra question.
that’s a pretty clever fix
