    • That is really good! All of our cats in the pictures have or had great personalities. The one with the white boots is Paws and we got him as a rescue, half feral. To this day, he will only let my wife or me anywhere near him, and he only warmed up to her about a year ago.

      • Oh okay now I remember a post about him, or somewhere that you mentioned that he is mostly feral. My trix is very standoffish, could be part of a breed trait as well as feral beginnings.

        • It is entirely possible. He had been abused by the time we got him and he gradually came to know that we wouldn’t be abusive. He is still extremely suspicious of anyone else, though, and I’m rather thankful. Still, it could be the breed.
