Odd Man Out Game ~ Shadows ~ Themes by the Month

When my boys were young their Grandmother gave them these puzzles and games she would find and Odd Man Out was always one of their favorite games.

I decided to use some shadow pictures I found that I thought were amazing and make a grown up version of Odd Man out for you all.

Since January’s theme is shadows this month I decided to combine the two.

Directions:  I took out one thing in each of these shadow photos to make it the odd one out. I will show you two photos, the first is the original, the second is the edit.  All you have to do is look at the pattern and see where I took something out of. Sound easy enough? It might not be…. The reason why below.

They just found out the reason why Zebra’s have stripes, and it is the same reason why this game might be difficult.

Either you have eyes on the front of your face like us and monkeys, cats. Making us predatory animals. Some have eyes on the side of their faces, like Zebras, horses, donkeys, and deer. Making them  prey animals.

Now, have you ever looked at a black and white pattern and it starts to move on it’s own? Our brain confuses our eyes, as it also does  all predatory animals like cats and us dizzy. Making it easy for the Zebra, horse, deer to avoid getting caught.

Do you think you are ready? Enlarge or Zoom IN!

Good luck and have fun!
