Name The Country Making The Headlines (Part Seven)

Hi Virilians…I am back after a long break.

To get things started I have decided to play it safe and create a quiz with a very familiar format.

Here’s a quiz to test your knowledge of the current affairs. The statements comprising the questions in the quiz are actual headlines. You have to fill the blank with the name of the country where the particular event has taken place in recent weeks. Note: I will tweak the headlines a little bit to make the quiz a bit more challenging. Share your score and please upvote if you enjoy the quiz. Check out the initial four parts here:

  1. It’s good to see you back, Dawnwriter. Your positive attitude is a nice antidote for the persistent negativity on display here sometimes (including in comments right here). There have been some very positive changes in the site recently, but of course there will always be those who can only see the cloud behind the silver lining.
Good quiz! I got just one wrong: the one about the elephants. Hope you’ll stick around 🙂

      • The Eucalyptus trees are really loving the burns. The animals are getting food dropped. We raised over 2 million dollars for food drops at our San Diego Wild Animal Park. It rained in Australia helping the fire fighters. Let’s see. I got nothing else. lol Good to see you too again, it’s been far too long. I hope you are feeling better, and I am sorry for your loss.
