Not a thing I am doing my best to help myself. I am taking Valerian root drops three times a day and the situation seems to be decreasing so I think this will go away soon. I just hate it when it happens because it feels worth when I am alone.

I have been many times to Bridgeport and to Trumbull but never got to Hartford. Doc.
it is a fun city overall, lots to see and do. we were there for a street fair (sometime in the summer I don’t recall) lots of fun!
