I love all different types of sweets. However, cheesecake has always been my favorite. The photo shows blueberries drizzled over the top.     • When I was at college I used to make tofu commercially (the first to produce it in Ireland) and I invented a totally delicious vegan cheesecake which sold really well. Not that veganism had been invented back on those days 🙂
