I love all different types of sweets. However, cheesecake has always been my favorite. The photo shows blueberries drizzled over the top. That is delicious but plain cheesecake is just as tasty in my opinion. It goes great with a hot cup of coffee. Doesn’t get much better! Have a go at this cheesecake quiz. Enjoy!

    • When I was at college I used to make tofu commercially (the first to produce it in Ireland) and I invented a totally delicious vegan cheesecake which sold really well. Not that veganism had been invented back on those days 🙂
