I have very dry skin. The climate in which l live is very dry. I finally asked my doctor if she had a suggestion for a good lotion. She shared with me that I should not be concerned about the name of the lotion. Although it is wonderful for those who are diabetic, it is spectacular for those of us who just have extremely dry skin. She suggested that the generic version is just as good as the brand name.
