Why Jaggery is so special in winter ?

Jaggery has many benefits. especially if used in winter, it keeps the body warm as well as strengthens the immune system. The Jaggery is considered as a ‘cleansing agent’ for body organs. Jaggery has been proven to be excellent for cleaning the lungs, gastrointestinal,  throat, and respiratory tract.

Many respiratory problems arise due to daily outings and breathing air pollution and to overcome this, eating a little Jaggery daily will be helpful. 

If we talk about the effectiveness of jaggery, its effect is warm,  this is why if you use jaggery in the winter, it will keep your body temperature warm. Eating Jaggery improves the metabolism system which causes the body to heat up which also improves blood flow.

In terms of nutrient, it contains phosphorus, calcium, iron, and vitamin B as well as magnesium. According to a research,  The jug is also helpful in strengthening the nervous system.

The use of jaggery is considered very important for patients with epilepsy. In Jaggery contain ,Iron, magnesium, potassium, calcium, zinc and selenium are salts that have been found to be useful against migraine attacks.
