WHO is the World Health Organization which is the arm of the UN for the aspect of health around the globe. With the pandemic, the US is blaming WHO for the wrong pronouncements and I have to agree.
The face mask was not prescribed by WHO albeit they said that only the patients should wear the face mask. Later on WHO changed its stance that people should wear face mask. The controversial drug called hydrochloroquin that can help treat the covid patient was advocated by WHO but now it retracted its statement. Maybe US president is right to stop funding WHO.
