Where focus goes energy flows

Nowadays, it’s hard to maintain a focus. Obligations and stress are around us. People have little time for themselves. Sometimes it happens that we do not see what matters to us and we lose focus.

There’s a nice sentence from Tony Robins about the focus.

“Where focus goes, energy flows.” We can start to think more about what is important to us. We can make a plan but without action there is no results. But still is positive to make plans.
