What’s the Best Tip You Have Tried to Lose Weight?

For me it’s walking. I hate fad diets and try to avoid them as best I can. They aren’t healthy and sadly, also aren’t maintainable; you pick the weight right back up when you return to regular eating.

Walking does it for me; I walk upwards of 45 minutes everyday or every other day and the result is amazing! I start to see noticeable results in as little as a week!

The best part too is that you don’t feel it, as you walk (which isn’t the same when you jog, even if the later burns fat faster.) Walking can also be fun as you get to see beautiful sights and sounds.

  1. I don’t think it works for me, at least not now. I used to lose weight easily after I gave birth to my first two children. We went to the park almost every evening and sometimes even in the morning. I walked for at least an hour, and most of the time I even carried my baby. I am still doing the same after having the third child, but my weight seems to be increasing or at least not losing. So I think now that I have given birth to three children, I really need to exercise in order to lose weight. Walking doesn’t work for me anymore. 😀

  2. Less of carbs & exercises will lose you weight. Also proper diet is very important, becz diet is the core subject of fat loss.

Fatty foods avoid it ( there are many fatty food research and you will find out a lot)
Avoid pizzas, breads and all sort of those things are of no use
Carbs try to lower it or moderate it- Intake more of protein
Eat more Green Vegetables, Fruits lower in Fructose
    Have more Omega-3 wallnuts, almonds
Avoid chocolates as it does have sugar
Avoid sugar keep it moderate or lower levels
HIT exercises without weights or normal walking exercises is better

    Hope this helps!
