Let’s Clarify! I am hoping by giving myself multiple choices I can keep moving forward every day. I am completing all the choices every day, I am at least completing one. Some of them I don’t have to list every day because they have now become a habit and I choose something different to work on. For example, interval eating is a habit, taking all my medication I still need to work on. Here are my choices for Today Monday January 28th, 2019
~ Drink 10 glasses of water
~ Drink 3 cups of tea
~ 10,000 step
~ Breathing exercise 3 sets of two
~ Work my scheduled 13 hour shift
~ Do something kind for my husband
That’s what on my plate today.

I often set challenges for myself. These include 10,000 steps most of the times. Rest are online work related targets which I always prefer to complete
Goals are good things to have.
You are amazing to be able to do all that you do. One thing could be added to your list, and that is do something nice for yourself. Like-get a facial, get your nails done, or just go eat lunch out and relax. The point is just do something for you. You are a generous giving person, and you can give to others, and to yourself. You are amazing!
I write, that’s what I do for me. It calms me.
I should have thought that on a second lol. Me too
I have to say 1 of your list (13 hour shift) feels painful. 10,000 steps and doing something nice for your spouse is awesome!
There is a pay off. Lots of hours but then 4 days where work is optional.
I am guessing something in the medical profession.
