While out waiting on an appointment I noticed this colorful plant.
No idea what it is called but it looks familiar.
Would like to have it in my home. The color is so nice with the green leaves.

They come in yellows, to reds as well. 😉 Pretty little plant. It blooms too!
Oh I would love to have one of each Kim. They are so pretty with the shape, and the green and the colors. No way, did not know it bloomed. Gotta have one.
I had a lavender to pink one. It did not make it. Jace thought it was dead because the center holds water. He thought it was rotting. Dawn posted a really awesome one I hadnt seen a few weeks ago.
As I read, there is an answer to the name of the flower. I have a picture where it has blossomed. If I find it, I’ll post it. It is very beautiful.
I would love to see the blooms. Kim just told me it bloomed, had no idea. Thank you!
I have some here its a Bromeilad. Not sure of the spelling and it has a flower
I suppose I am the only one who does not have this plant. Thanks Pam.
This is a bromelaid. It comes in different colors. I had reds and pinks for years.
Thanks Dawn, I plan to get one or two for my home.
Thank you for sharing a photo of this plant. It’s lovely but I don’t know its name.
You are welcome Sharon, everyone else here seems to be familiar.
I had this flower. I think this is one of the bromeliads. I can not remember the name this moment ?
Thanks, that is what I have been told, love the plant.
I’m sorry I do not know that plant. I read what other people think about her.
No problem Robin, the others have told me what it is I believe.
Well I don’t know what it is. It is very interesting.
It is cool right! I could not resist snapping a photo.
It is very cool! Great picture!
Thanks Doc, it really caught my eye.
Wonderful flower, dear Carol … I do not know how she’s told her I’ve seen her in our flower shops
Thanks dear lado, I thought is was beautiful.
It looks like Bromelia, but I’m not sure!
I looked that name up and the photo does look like Bromelia, thank you!
I think so too. It’s beautiful anyway!
I thought so as well, may have to get one of these.
I thought it looks like pineapple… but I think it’s not…
It definitely has the pineapple shape.
The name of this plant is roaming in my mind but not coming into mouth , Hummmmm
Bromelia? I think Ileana named it correctly.
Yes, Ileana is correct , Thanks to her
Yes I did thank her and the rest for the answer!
I think it is a type of Dracaena variety. One of the most famous is the Dracaena Sanderiana or Lucky Bamboo.
I am not familiar with that plant. I looked it up but didn’t see any color, only the green. Maybe it is the Bromelia as Ileana stated.
Maybe it’s bromelia, but I’ve also never seen bromelia with such a young leaf color.
Either way, I would love to have this plant and Kim said it comes in red as well.
Lovely plant,but I don’t know about that.
Thanks, it is very lovely indeed.
Looks like corn, but I know it is something else.Nice photo
It is a tropical plant. I think Elenka got it right.
I meant to say Ileana got it correct.
