After my infarct, doctors recommended me a simple walk.Why is the walk good and why is it recommended?Moderate and regular movement leads to healing, because then all the blood reserves are activated and enter the bloodstream.The consequence is a better work of all of our organs. Today, lack of exercise is almost the main cause of many illnesses. Everyday walk is of great help because it contributes to better health.What to consider.It’s not the same when a completely healthy man is walking in relation to a sick person.The years of life are also important.What should you pay attention when you go for a walk?-You have the comfort of shoes and clothes.-To select a path that has greenery and that is as far away from the guard cars and their exhaust gases.- Take care of your breathing-You dosage your burden.Maximum heart rate in people who are active in walking are 220 fewer years of age.For people of my age, over 65 that would be about 70% of the maximum.If you are healthy and want to melt the fat deposits by walking, you need a long walk, at least 2 hours.I recommend that you go while you are comfortable.As soon as you begin to get tired, you have to rest for at least 15 minutes.
