Visualization

It is not clear what role visualization plays in changing people’s’ habits. In fact, some experts are at complete odds about using visualization as a motivational tool.Experts have different approaches.

It is interesting to explore differing views and see where you stand. Many people have making logical comparisons, find themselves with an integrated view. They take the most logical of differing views, make adjustments and finds something that is congruent with their personal belief system.

  1. See yourself as you wish to be

A number of experts suggest that you visualize as if you already have and are the way you want to be with very detailed and specific imagery. This school of thought might include a vision board of the those physical things you want to have in your life.

2. Some experts suggest that visualization takes away from the timed and energy you could use doing the “things” you need to do to make your ideas become realities.

3. Could it be that a compromise between the two may be a great solution? It’s clear that actions is required. Just dreaming doesn’t often  bring the desired results. If some stranger is sending a $1,000,000.00 you still have to go the mailbox, take it to the bank and get the actual cash.

Perhaps you plan and visualize the first step toward your goal for a short time and then you do it. Then visualize the next step and do it.
