In the Ljubljana Zoo there are quite a few species of monkeys-from the largest chimps to the smallest saimiri. Bolivian saimiri are very sociable animals, since they naturally live in tropics with 45 to 75 members, which occasionally merge into even larger groups. The females remain all the life in the tropics where they were born; the males leave the original troop at the age of 4 to 5 years, they hang out for a while in a group of males and then find a new trop. Relationships in the tropics are strengthened by mutual care of the furrows and removal of parasites, and a common concern for the young. They communicate with each other with facial expressions, body position and crying voices. One of the most famous film fairs is certainly Mr. Ficko from Pippi Longstocking

Aw, such a cute monkey!
Thanks for watching and kind comment, dear friend…I’m glad you like it
Very charming animals!!! Firstly knew about them after reading books by Gerald Durrell.
They are charming and very naughty dear friend
So cute, right? They are very beautiful creatures!
These are really lovely creatures just a bit of their own head … they can not learn anything …
Well, they live with their capacity, and they learn according to that capacity, like we also learn according to our capacity, right…
As explained to me in the zoo, they are very smart only stubborn and stubborn
Hahaha… I have to laugh with your explanation, dear friend.
You just smile….aughter is half the life dear friend
This is a beautiful monkey
I agree with you … it’s really wonderful, it’s just a bad character
I saw different monkeys in the zoo nearby. But I couldn’t identify which kind of monkeys the ones that I saw. But as far as I remember, the color of this one is pretty much different from the ones we have here. Those are darker while this one is lighter in color aside from its head.
I’ve read a little about the little monkeys and there are quite a few different species
in the version I saw, Pippi’s monkey was called Mister Nelson…
It’s probably the same version only languages are different and from here are different names … in our country it was called Ficko
I wonder what the monkey is called in the original?
And that’s what I’m interested in … I’ll try to find out dear friend
Herr Nilsson, according to wikipedia…
Interesting … thanks for the explanation dear friend
Thanks for seeing and kind comment my friend
Thank you for your kindness my friend… with great pleasure
Where are you, my dear friend?
I see this monkey for the first time
How did you not watch Pike’s sock movie?

Thank you, dear friend … I also want everything good to you
Thank you Lado, that means a lot
You’re always welcome Thomas
Never seen this monkey but I love watching monkeys at the zoo.
Thanks for seeing and kind comment
I don’t know much about Monkey Saimiri, but it does look cute. Thanks for sharing more information about this species.
Thanks for seeing and kind comment dear friend
He’s adorable. Is he aggressive?
Thanks for seeing and kind comment dear friend….as far as I’m reading it is not even aggressive … it’s very inexorable and you can not learn it … even what hygiene is concerned …
This is my first time to see this monkey. Now this is the advantage of the zoo.
Also, I can only see in a zoo
