Similar omissions occur to me as well
I never post many pictures. I only post one picture per post. I am so sorry to hear you are having problems.
Thank you. I’ve realized that now to be the safest and secure move. Nevertheless, I trust that Virily can still retrieve my photos back to my portfolio (whatever).
I hope that your problem can be solved. I think perhaps revamping the posts and adding new photos might be a good idea.
I have the same problems too. I’m not thinking of editing old posts right now (we can’t even do that right now).
Too bad for you, but most of us have experienced the same issue with no response from the site. You could always copy the content and add a new photo, creating a new post.
I kind of wish that they would have just deleted the entire post instead of the pictures that were shared because now the post looks very empty.
Now I just upload into the writings instead of the multi upload where we used to get extra points for uploading.
I know exactly how you feel because I lost a bunch that I uploaded with the multi upload option. It totally sucks. And these were very good photos that I took while out cycling on my bike.
This is a very old problem and one of the reasons why we wanted to be able to edit our old posts. So sorry yo hear that the problems continue and your posts were affected!
For the future, my tip is to use the “classic list” format and not the “open” or “ranked” lists. Photos in the classic list tend to not dissappear.
I am sorry to hear this, so many people have complained about this problem before. I hope Virily takes notice and acts on this issue.
i am so sorry I know this is frustrating, but this is a known bug. I have many that are missing the pictures over the years.
You can always repost them as new posts with new content, I’ve done something similar. I have also learned to limit my photo galleries to 4 or 5 pictures. that way they tend not to be trimmed.
The really sad thing is the pictures are still there, just not connected to your post anymore,
