What is the point of talking if no one understands what you are saying? It is helpful if you can be clear and concise. Use simple and accurate terms. You don’t want to talk down to anyone so keeping it all simple with known terminology is best.
If you must, write it out and read it to make certain all your points are made, then do it that way.
Always leave time for questions. Clarifying with questions is a great way to make sure everyone understands each other.
