It is mainly celebrated in the English-speaking world. In these countries, children are dressed in different costumes and they walk from door to door where they ask for candy. A very popular practice for Halloween is to cut the pumpkin into which the candle is then inserted. In Slovenia, the Halloween started to take over in the second half of the 90th century, and the phenomenon has already become well established. On balconies, windows or front doors 31. In October we place pumpkins with cut eyes and mouth, and inside the pumpkins, they burn candles. I did it, too, just to put a pumpkin on the terrace. Various workshops and events are held in Slovenia, and numerous entertainment related to the night of witches.

I managed to took one picture on this in NZ, would share later.
Halloween has not been celebrated in New Zealand but came in to be celebrated by children since the 1980s.Some celebrate it here, but I believe it is here for commercial reasons.I try and keep some lollies for children who go tricking and treating. I always hope that an adult is not far away and mostly see an adult there with the children.
Only some people celebrate in our country … as you said it is becoming more and more commercial
I bought 3 pumpkins this year ahead of Halloween for decorations and to eat after, so I did not carve them. The first I ate in pumpkin smoothies, yums! The second will probably become bread, and the third a couple of pies. I love pumpkins and save the seeds to dry and eat, too.
I also ate pumpkin … I made a pie
In my country that doesn’t celebrate it, Halloween is just became the theme of some activities or events.
Even in our country there are not many celebrations
It’s not traditionally celebrated here, although some younger people like to have themed parties. It’s seems like a fun event though!
Even in our country we do not have big celebrations … the celebration is organized by a club
I love to see the kids dress up, but it really is not as fun and safe as it use to be many years ago
I agree …. in our country, the celebration is more peaceful
We also celebrate Halloween and have a pumpkin in which candles burn
Our Celebration is more peaceful
Vidocka is important to celebrate
We do things for the children who come by.
I think kids are the most entertaining on this day
Halloween was very quiet at my home.
I also spent the night peacefully
