Taken yesterday, on New Year’s Day. Thursday is almost over but I didn’t make it to post this.
We were at Puketutu Island by Mangere Bridge near the Manukau harbour. This is inside a lagoon.
Not much bird life there at all compared with the other times I have visited.

I took a couple of pictures outdoors on New Year’s day. we were out on a beautiful sunny day, had to remember what the sun looked like!
Thanks Doc, I think our days were reasonably sunny but some days have been overcast.
we had a sunny day yesterday I was out walking my dog, and just stopped and let the blue sky flow away from me!

That picture is really well captured, I really like it. I didn’t take any pictures on New Years Day. As I had no work, I decided to be lazy and stay in all day.
