Think, Speak, Act

It is always a good idea to think before you act. Perhaps affirmations are simply a great way to think and then act accordingly. It is not that you are imagining, instead you are creating.

Elena Bojchovska was kind enough to share five of her favorite thoughtful affirmations. You can find them here in comments. I wrote them down on my 3×5 cards. I love to write and read so I think doing both in beneficial for me. (Actually studies prove that writing in cursive uses a different part of your brain, so I try and do that.)

I then read up on the particulars of how to write some affirmations of my own. I checked several sources and completely understand that this is a work in progress. I am going to share my journey right here on Virily. Anyone who wants to play along is welcome. I am changing my world one thought, leads to one action, leads to change.

I know I am loved.

I make good decisions.

I recognize anger and choose to release it.

I find joy caring for my family.

I thank others for all they do.

Everyday I get physically stronger.

I am teachable.

I know I have great ideas.

I am excited to welcome all on my journey.
