I have talked about my reaching out to the less privileged and one way I do that is by throwing parties and organising outings for kids who live in Institutes.
This outing was to a beach resort that I had organised to celebrate Xmas that year.
Most of these children had never seen a beach and for them it was an outing which I hope they will never forget.
The resort provided us with space where we could spend time frolicking which included singing, dancing, eating and last but not the least Santa’s visit with a bag full of gifts for the kids.
The finale was fireworks ofcourse with no crackers.

I’m sure the kids will never forget this trip. For children, this is a unique experience. We have a similar campaign in our country.

You are doing a very noble job, my dear friend … it is no better than allowing children to swim individually at sea … there are also organizations here that take many children on a free vacation for a week every year …. there are many who saw the sea for the first time
It does give me happiness to see their happy faces

Unfortunately fireworks and firecrackers are now banned in our country.
I do not mind fire works but not crackers.
