I do not mind if dogs bark and that too for a short while at a time. But this dog is whining a sound that is depressing. Sadly there is nothing one can do about it. It has been whining since the last four days and I know it will continue doing it for a few more days.
It is the mating season here. He is leashed and therefore he does that. Owners do not want him to run around the street. Therefore neither can we blame the dog nor the owners. We must blame nature. Nature will not listen to us.
I have therefore adopted the method “What cannot be cured must be endured” I am fine now.

Hmm we have strays howling here sometimes. They are annoying as they howl in the night. We just have to endure.
