Volčji potok Arboretum is well known for taking care of children. Kids can see and have fun with many fairy tale characters. Last December, they brought fairy-tale characters out of the enclosures into the park and lit them. In the dark, this was a unique sight. Pinocchio is a literary character who first appears in the fairy tale Le avventure di Pinocchio, or The Adventures of Pinocchio, by Carl Collodi and later as the more famous Disney Pinocchio. The wooden doll The Pinocchio comes to life and old Pepe, who cut it, is overjoyed. But before Pinocchio turns into a real boy, he must learn that hardworking children don’t lie!
