The “walk” …

I was informed by my in-charge the other day that one of the customers requested for a re-delivery at a specific timing. It was in the late afternoon.

I was pretty reluctant because I signed up to be an evening walker, meaning I started delivering after 6pm. But then anyways, I went and did the delivery.

It was rarely that I walk around my neighbourhood at this timing… well, I usually just walk to my destination (usually the bus stop) without caring about what is around me.

This time I was walking in another direction, I noticed “new” things … I stopped by the Ixora bush (which I’ve shared) and then watched some cats lazing around (we’ve more cats than I know around here!)… Before I got home, I took a photo of the sky… It was very hot and glaring, I couldn’t actually see what’s on screen but I just snap anyway.

When I was done, I just look at the photo in my gallery and I got this! Ah… I love the blue sky! Then I thought, “luckily I agreed to make this trip…”

It’s not often I feel this way … but there’ll definitely once or twice that small things makes you feel good.

    • Just do slow or some not straining exercise or stretches… my mum have knee problem (on her worst days, she can’t walk) and she does some simple stretches/exercise daily … they seems to help.

But of course, I’d advise you to see a doctor first …

  1. Good for you and it sounds like you had a great walk. We all need to change our routines a little from time to time. Nice photo.
