The Volcano Called Frustration ~ Two

In the first post we learned that frustration often begins with an uneasy feeling. Often times you can not identify what the problem is you just know you are uncomfortable. The second stage comes when you begin to imagine possible negative outcomes.

I like to call this the “what if” game.  Is it human nature to consider the negative possibilities first or is that simply being pessimistic?  Based on your past experiences, it may just be taking realistic view from past experiences. The key no matter which perspective you take is that you are not creating your future, you are weighing your options.
