The Tracker

I moved things up a notch now that I am more mobile. My tracker now tells me when I am not moving enough. I am not sure I love it. Sometimes I feel like I am moving a whole lot and it just keeps buzzing me!  It guess that does get my heartbeat going faster.

I am more aware with the tracker. My few hours of deep sleep are very consistent and I know that I must not be disturbed then. That’s been helpful. 

I have gotten quite used to having it on.
