The Guinness Book of World Records records the longest human tooth record, 37.08 mm (1.46 inches) long.
A request was made last year by Dr. Max Lukas, a German dentist for this record. This tooth is from a patient who came to Dr. Max last year with a serious mouth problem. Upon diagnosis, it was discovered that the cause of the pain is a patient’s tooth that is unusually long. Dr. Max tried to get the tooth out of its teeth. On measuring it was found that the tooth is 1.46 inches (37.08 mm) long.
When he searched for the tallest human tooth record, it was revealed that in 2017, the award was held by an Indian young man, Errol Patel, whose length was 1.45 inches (36.7 mm). Knowing this, he immediately applied to the Guinness World Record, but it took more than a year to complete his paperwork.
He has now received a regular certificate from the Guinness Book of World Records, which he plans to develop at his clinic.
