It was one afternoon, a day before Christmas, that a pigeon landed on our front yard. We didn’t mind the bird and just gave it some rice to feed on. That generosity paid off that on Christmas day we found the pigeon inside the garage. And come the new year the pigeon was still here so we allowed it to enter our house. We called her Twinkle.
Since then it stayed inside our house for 5 years. Twinkle had a nest beside our bedroom door where she had laid countless of eggs. From time to time she would go out to peck on the dirt and grains of sand that would help her digestive system. It’s nice to reminisce the days that Twinkle was here.
Do you see a pigeon in your neighborhood?
