Bled Island is a small apnenčast island on the west side of Lake Bled. At the top of the island, on a landscaped terrace, stands medieval, in the baroque walled Church of the Assumption of mary. There is a stand-alone bell tower at the church with a baroque čebulasto hat. The mighty staircase leads to the Church. The surface of the island is 0.82 Ha. The island, which stands between the mill and its, is up to 18 metres above the lake Level. Tourists with special boats are driven to the island, which are also a peculiar feature of Bled. the boats are called Pletna.

How far the wonderful island must be crossed by Pletna?
Albert depends on where you drive – they have multiple entry points so that it can take up to half an hour
I see… That means it’s not far away
It’s not very far-it’s nice to see you off the coast
