There was a sudden rain yesterday that was welcome news for the plants and the trees. After days of hot sun and dry ground, the rain cooled the atmosphere.
Unfortunately, the rain came with the roaring thunder that terrorized our 3 dogs. The youngest dog was shaking in fear because of the continual sound of thunder. What we could do was to play the radio so loud to deaden the thunder. That is the issue with the rain, it is all right if the rain comes anytime of the day or night. Just don’t come with the thunder.
