The number of colors hibiscus come in is amazing. The pictured doesn’t do justice to the color. the lighting was not really good at the time I took the picture. The purple color was much deeper than it appears here. There were also some grey ones, which I didn’t care for too much.
The flowers were huge and so were the leaves. These odd colors are priced exorbitantly, while I love to collect plants I really won’t pay too much to get one. To be honest I do spend a bit on my garden, but I do stick to a budget.
A hobby should remain a hobby , It can’t be allowed to imbalance your finances. I would like to make some money from my hobbies , especially with my succulents but my friends are always ruining my plans of selling them. I end up gifting most of my extra plants. They joy of sharing is much more than earning I guess, in my case.
