The native Philippine sausage

It is made of pork with special ingredients that make the Philippine sausage that we call Longanisa. It is actually a way of preserving the leftover pork in the market stalls. The Longanisa can stay in the fridge for as long as 1 month without getting spoiled. Even when not in the fridge, it can last for more than a week.
