The Most Bizarre Hollywood Menu

When you build your career in Hollywood, every little thing on your outside looks important, and excess pounds is something inadmissible. So the Hollywood actresses, wanting to lose pounds and keep a perfect line, devised various unusual ways to do it. While men generally go to a completely different extreme. These are some of the most unusual menu of Hollywood and the greatest secrets of the stars of the world.

Reese Witherspoon only serves baby foods for breakfast. The actress, as she says in the evening, has a specific meal, which is not any new in Hollywood. From time to time, the same goes for Lady GaGa and Marsia Cross.

Now it’s already a legend that the founder of “Playboy” Hugh Hefner ate only food prepared in his own kitchen. Even if he went to a restaurant, he would have his own food. Hugh even had the exact meal arrangement – first at 11:30, the second at 5:30 pm, and the third at 22:30.

Jennifer Aniston starts the day with lemonade. There would be nothing strange that lemon juice was not a replacement for breakfast.

When moderation is concerned,  Madonna can not boast of it. So the singer simply just throws away the food he exaggerates. And sometimes she does it with every meal during the day. Namely, she only brings her food to her mouth and returns it to the plate.

Mariah Carey had grown a lot after giving birth, so she had to pursue a purple diet. It is about consuming purely purple foods, such as plums, grapes and eggplants. What is a good side of this diet is that the permitted food can be eaten in unlimited quantities.

Christina Aguilera practiced something similar to Mariah. Her diet lasts for seven days and during this period the singer eats only food of certain colors. Each one of seven days is reserved for one.

Legendary Andy Warhol was special in everything, even in his diet. Namely, he maintained the ideal weight with the diet he gave his name. Since he often ate in restaurants, he always ordered food that he did not like to eat. He would have eaten a bit, and the rest would be distributed to the homeless.

Merilyn Monroe also had an unusual breakfast. She would pour two raw eggs in a glass of warm milk each morning and drink it while she was about to leave her home.

Hollywood don Juan Clark Gable actually totally astonished women in their vicinity. He liked to eat large amounts of onions daily, and he constantly had a very unpleasant breath. It is well known that Vivian Li complained about this, when they recorded “Gone with the Wind”.

Elvis Presley is already well known for his abundant nutrition, full of the most massive and most complicated foods. Namely, he liked a sandwich with peanut butter, banana and bacon, in which he sometimes liked to add blueberries.

  1. These things I have read them here are unique, weird. It is good for them for they have the money to buy and eat those foods. What has amused me here is the purple foods.

  2. A diet consisting of much onion? No! Reasonable restrictions are good for example if someone likes overeating or junk food, let it be very rarely. There are also food assimilators that help metabolizing.
Good eating habits is the best decision, such habits become part of life like gym or walks.
    Your article is very interesting!

  3. I think friends have some contribution to my gaining weight lately. I have two options. Changing friends or acting like I am joining their eating habits though I am not.

  4. I don’t have time to eat more than twice a day. I love raw eggs in milk! But if the eggs are store bought, then I make milk custard instead because we don’t know what kind of bacteria are in them.

  5. I can eat two to four times a day, depending on my desire. I am lucky to always be slim, in fact, gaining weight is not easy for me. So, I can eat anything and anytime.
If I’m a Hollywood artist, it seems like I won’t have any difficulties related to such things.
