The monkey of our neighbor

We used to have a neighbor who was a veterinarian. He placed a big cage in front of his house. Inside the cage is a monkey. It was like there was a small zoo in our neighborhood because people flock to the cage of the monkey every day. Even with the sign that says not to feed the monkey kids would still give the animal food.

I think the monkey lasted for more than a year before the owner took it away. I really do not know the reason but from what I heard the monkey had bitten a boy’s hand. Well, that is a lesson to be learned that monkeys do bite the hand that feeds them.
