The Lord is Compassionate and Gracious

The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love. Psalm 103:8

I have never seen God going angry on me. I have made thousands of mistakes in my life. However, one thing I know that when I come with a heart filled with repentance, Jesus is always there to hug me. Jesus Christ is the compassionate and gracious Lord like His Father.

Our Lord does not know anger means He is slow to anger. He has a heart filled with forgiveness. Also, God does not keep the record of wrongdoings. Thus, we learn to live like God to have His virtue within our heart for love and peace.

God is Gracious and hence He is Graceful, Merciful and Peaceful. After receiving God in our life and the Holy Spirit within us, we become Gracious like God.

Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.Ephesians 4:32

We receive the word of God within our heart and get a renewed transformed heart so that we may also become compassion, loving and forgiving like Him.
