The Friday in Black and White – Wandering on the hills

Black and white photos have a special charm. The whole scene is much more impressive and captivating, because the chromatic simplicity takes more photography than you think. Landscape photography in black and white is a real challenge. In the absence of color, it is difficult to create the atmosphere of the season which the landscape belongs to.

This photo is part of the project 1/60 sec of Kitty’s / Maya’s life, a project I started some time ago.  As I said, I’ll try to post a moment of my pets’ life.  A moment that last no more than exposure time of this photo, 1/60 sec. I share it with The Friday in Black and White Challenge

We took advantage of a beautiful winter day and wandered on the hills.

My previous picture in this project:  1/60 sec of Maya’s life – I got stuck in the snow
