What did an accident happen?
Yes, an accident and someone was killed.
It’s unfortunate and speak a lot about the negligence. Or maybe not, but I do know that at least one of the previous death was a negligence.
Sadly … maybe they were young people who sometimes do something unwise
it could be, its a 50-50 thing and usually we don’t get all the facts. There is only one that we get the facts because the family forced on an independent auditor. and the truth revealed the negligence on safety rules. They’ve by accident used too much of a harmful substance during a drill …
But well, it’s sad and we can only hope they’re more careful and step up on their safety procedures.

But there have been accidents and almost a life took er year but either negligence or who knows… we hardly get the truth.

It is not it’s an unfortunate accident during training. A trainee was killed.
Its hot in the local news now. The victim is a celebrity hence its more in the limelight.
The previous deaths aren’t so “hit” (sad but true)… I hope this time round due to the number of eyes watching, they do, really be more careful about the lives they forced the parents to hand over …
