Previously I posted “The One That (Almost) Hot Away“. It’s a live crab that almost away. When we arrived at our cousin’s home, my brother checked and double-checked the van if there were more crabs that escaped. He found nothing.
The crabs were served during lunch the day after we arrived. Of course, they were delicious and were all consumed that day.
So we thought…
The next morning, the helper, said they found one more crab under the table in the kitchen! She joked…
“Maybe it thought it was ok to come out now since the occasion was over.”
The crab thought wrong… it was cooked for lunch.

I don’t want to know how live crabs are cooked. I couldn’t do that.
As long as I don’t have to see them being boiled, I will eat them.

we used to eat fresh crab in Thailand all the time! Now, in Maryland, we eat fresh blue crab (when the are in season). Love crab!
I know how live crabs are cooked and I do not want to think about it
Yeah… a friend of mine once said, that cooking the crabs is the cruelest way to prepare food.
