The birds in our village

Since there are many trees around here in our village, a variety of birds can be seen especially in the morning when the weather is good. The bird in the picture is not the ordinary sparrow. It is a tyrant bird that pecks the back of the stray dogs. People here call them bad birds for that attitude of pecking.

There’s also the yellow bird that inhabit the nearby bamboo grove and acacia tree. They emit a unique sound so we know when they are here. There are 5 of them that we usually see. Once in a while there is a hawk that is spying on the loose chickens with chicks. Fortunately only a few of the chicks were snatched. There are other types of birds but it is not easy to describe.
