Ever heard the saying… You can’t pour from an empty cup. Take care of yourself first.
This one has been around a long time but yet it still gives me hope every time I read it.
Many of us are going through the same obstacles right now, all over the world.
Sometimes our futures look bleak.
Some are having to take care of the sick and elderly. Others have issues as well.
I just wanted to remind everyone that no matter what is going on with you to please take care of yourself.
Unless you do this, you cannot help others. Keep the hope, this too shall pass.

There is so much to take care of, but this is a great reminder for caretakers who often forget themselves.

when the airplane has the masks drop they always say put yours on first! you can’t help someone else if you can’t breathe!
That is true, we have to put ours on first, I heard that on the news. A good way to look at life.
we do have to make sure we are ok, then make sure those around are are ok!
