Sweet fig

It’s necessary:

  • 2 kg of fresh figs
  • 2 kg of sugar
  • 1.8 l of water
  • 1 lemon

In the big jar, sprinkle sugar and water. Add figs and cook for about an hour. Then remove from the stove and cover with a damp cloth. Let it cool down. The next day, sweetly pour into the jars. Store in a cool and dark place.
