Thanks for visiting so you also like green mangoes?
The plate looks and sounds great and looks very colorful too.
Thank you for the nice comments.
If you present it to me, I will fry the shrimp and fish first, and will eat the others as they are.
So you prefer frying seafoods. The fish are actually lightly fried because they are dried fish.
I have a lot of allergies as a child; fish, eggs, nuts, milk, dust, and some types of medicine. After I forced myself to fight the allergy in college times, I finally began to be able to eat several types of fish; which has a less thorn and doesn’t have a certain fishy taste, and by dried fried it usually can remove the fishy taste.
Good that you were brave enough to fight for the allergies. It’s true frying can lessen fishy odor but there are fish species smell less fishy.
From childhood, I will experience wet wounds on my skin if I eat something that I have to stay away from. But after I made it through, the problem that remained was the fishy taste that was not in accordance with my tongue, maybe because I was not used to it.
Yes, there is a lot of fish that I have tried and I know some types of fish that I can eat without feeling nauseous.
seafood is at the top of my list
That’s nice, some people have allergies to seafoods.
I weep for them. I’d probably eat it even if I were allergic…
Yes some people fought for it until the allergies are gone. But one should seek medical advice.
I would definitely eat the fish, but avoid tomatoes. I don’t know what green mango is like.
Green mango is actually unripe mango.
Then I guess it’s less sweet and more sour than the usual ripe mango.
Yes it’s just a little sour because it’s dipped in soysauce and sugar. It’s crunchy compared to ripe mangoes.
I would have to pass on the fish but the rest looks great.
Thanks for the comment. Actually I had so much of the fish which soared my BP.
No probs, that’s normal as it occurs to me too.
Looks good! Green mango is too sour for me…
unless its mixed with something else, I usually won’t eat them
I prefer ripe mango
I dipped the green mango in soysauce and sugar.
