Many things can create the perfect environment for stress and anxiety. Family responsibilities, long hours at work, health concerns, finances, friends, dirupters, overwhelming circumstances are all wrapped up in the word that we can “life”. Stress will never be completely eliminate, it’s there for a reason. We can learn to manage the little pieces of stress with a few strategies. 

We all have personal triggers. The first step in reducing stress is to identify your personal triggers. Let’s take a look at some triggers that live in my home! There are just the three of us and this list is a quick glance at some triggers that affect the household in different ways.

~ Clutter

~ Timeliness

~ Loud noise

~ Lack of listening skills

~ Disrespectful behaviors

~ Communication issues

~ General distractions

  1. I have the stress of making enough money to run for a month but still, I cannot make it after the fall of one website where I was earning enough for two months monthly.
