Garden spiders are good to have in your garden. They will eat insects that could destroy your plants. These black and yellow spiders are the good ones. I leave them alone and every now and then snap a photo of them and the incredible webs they weave. Look closely for the web, amazing how creative they are.
Many are afraid of spiders. This fear is called arachnophobia.
Of course, I don’t like the poisonous spiders. But the garden spiders will not harm you. I keep my distance so I don’t disturb them in the garden.

Not so afraid of smaller, non poisonous ones …
but those larger ones …erm… erm … no matter if they’re poisonous or not !!

and sometimes they write words in webs!
I love spiders. I try to keep them near my house when they appear I help when I can!!!

Even in New Zealand there are some poisonous spiders, but I keep my distance from those.
I would think they would be world wide but yours are probably different than ours.
I am scared of spiders and will not feel comfortable seeing them in my garden. I did spare a coupl though in the bathroom and saw their story mating and delivering babies.
Garden spiders like the one above is a good one, they eat the bad insects. But i never want them inside.

Over here there’s not much poisonous spiders.
That is good but these are not poisonous, they are garden spiders.
We have black widows and the brown recluse are poisonous.

I am not afraid of spiders but i like them only in pictures.
I prefer seeing them from behind the camera lens.
