Song Saturday – Leave me, autumn, the trees green – Margareta Paslaru

Metropolitan Park is the second largest park in the city. Although it is much closer to my home than Chindia Park, which you may know from my photos, I rarely go to this park. The reason is simple. There are many children who use all kinds of noise-making instruments that scare Maya. However today I went here. Trees dressed in the colors of autumn reminded me of an old romanian  song  that I used to listen to.

Leave me, autumn, the trees green  Click on this link if you are curious how an old Romanian song sounds.

I love the lyrics of this song:

Leave me, autumn, the trees green,

Look, I give you my eyes

Yesterday toward evening , in the yellow wind

The trees on knees were weeping.

Leave me autumn, the sky smoothly.

Flashes to me on the forehead.

Last night the horizon in grass-

Was trying to tear……

Just because I’m curious my question for you is:

  • Will you listen to this song?

    • Yes
