Sometimes Running is the Answer

When everything starts to pile up on top of each-other and stress is the word of the day, sometimes putting on the running shoes and taking off is the best option. It gets you out and away. It can be a solo activity. Fresh air tends to clear the mind.

It your body isn’t read to run, than try interval walking. You walk a slow and simple pace and then do a three minute interval of speed walking.

Instead of mulling over the issues that might be stuck in your mind focus on your body and breathing. It takes a bit of practice and the results can be amazing.
