There are some times in life when it would be nice to just hang out in your pajamas, eat cold cereal and watch cartoons. In reality, someone has to go to work, carry insurance, pay the bills, take care of the house and be the adult. In my little world, I definitely have to take on the role of being the adult. Sometimes I forget how important it is to simply have a little fun and blow off some stress.
Today it is all about adulthood. I have my 16 hour day. I need to go get different medication for Bro. It’s time to make a menu and get the grocery list going. Oh yes, and it’s the first of the month. I had best get those bills paid on time.

I have been on both sides, now I am happy doing what I do. I agree it us hard to be a grownup, but such is life.
If possible, I would choose to be a kid who hasn’t had to do this and that, who just see things as they are.
That would be fabulous won’t it!
