Am blessed to have a cousin that I talk to often. She is blind and just amazing. I sent her a little gift a few weeks ago. And she felt the need to reciprocate. I got these beautiful solar lights in the mail for Dustin’s garden.
Her daughter helps her pick things out on the computer. I send her photos and she will describe them to her Mom. Very cool.
There are butterflies and flowers. And they change colors. While watching tv sometimes at night, I take a peek out the blinds and can see them in the garden.
Such a great idea to have them in the garden. I am still rearranging them. When all of the blooms are gone, I may move them, we will see.
For now I am enjoying the lights of Dustin’s garden.

I have many solar lights in the garden and always looking for different ones. These are beautiful
I had no idea they made these kind. I really need to get some. This is so so so pretty. omg! I do have solar lights. I have some pathway lights, and one butterfly that the wings light up around the edges they just sort of glow, and it changes colors.
She got them on Amazon, with her daughter’s help to pick them out. Can you imagine being blind Kim? I cannot. These always bring a smile when I sit in the screen rom at night, and peek out the window. 🙂
Ah amazon, I will have to go check out what they have lately. I need a winter coat for Luna as well. lol. No, I cannot imagine being blind and that is my worst fear having diabetes.

we have ours along the walk from the driveway to the house. They are not as pretty as yours!
These were given to me as a gift especially for Dustin’s garden. We talk a lot on the phone and she knows how special the garden is. I thought it was so special for her bing blind, tot are the time with her daughter to pick out such a special gift for me.

She is my first cousin and many years older but also a friend.

no, really. I replied “Yeah, I have a solar powered bookmark” but they were serious. I didn’t realize those things were just charging their batteries until sunset…

When I was designing landscaped gardens I used to have rocks for waterfalls where we could place bulbs inside those rocks. They were made of fiber glass but looked real.

These lights are gorgeous. I had them on the patio a while ago.
Thank you, I will have to do another spots, showing all of them. There are long spikes with butterflies I have around the roses.
They seem to be safer from thieves in the backyard.
My neighbor has her deck lied with these solar lights.

Sometimes thieves steal things Carol and there have been quite a few thefts…around our neighbour hood. I know of a gang of people who just take and do not give.. sad but true.
Got it! I know exactly what you mean now. We actually have this happened every few months in the neighborhood it seems. Crazy.
A sad world we live in when you have to worry about thieves coming in your own yard. But it is true.
The sun charges them all day then they light up different colors at night.

I don’t have lights unless I open a door. These look nice around the roses.
These are just something different to have in the garden or around your house.

These are inexpensive and you can get all different kinds.
